Designer Christopher McNicholl and the clever team at SUCK UK have produced this eco-friendly cardboard radio.
The radio features simple and
concise design, and all internals, including a 9W speaker are placed
into a unique casing made of cardboard with external retro-style knobs and
retractable aerial. In addition to enjoying your favourite radio stations, the
integrated 3.5mm audio jack also allows you to connect the cardboard
radio with your iPhone, iPad, or other music player in order to enjoy
your own music.
The Cardboard Radio includes 1x audio input cable and 4x AA batteries. Max speaker output 9W.
It can also be powered by a DC power adapter (not included). Your DC
power adapter must be of the following spec: 100v-240v, 6 Vdc, up to
600mA, –ve polarity.
