FREE Premium Delivery throughout New Zealand on all orders over $75!
We can deliver direct to your gift recipient and we offer a gift-wrapping service. We don't send any pricing information out with our gifts - if you do need a GST invoice/receipt please email us or include your request in the 'notes to seller' box at checkout and we'll email one to you.
Please note that all of our delivery options below including CourierPost can deliver to PO Boxes - if you're sending to a work address that doesn't accept postal deliveries then it's a good idea to use your PO Box not your street address as this can cause delays.
New Zealand Delivery
Premium Courier Service, between 1 and 3 working days - we offer a Premium Courier Service by CourierPost for overnight delivery* at a flat fee of $8.50 per order. Orders received before midday will be dispatched that day for overnight delivery, otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day for a two day delivery. Gifts are usually delivered to business addresses by 9am and before 6pm to residential addresses. Deliveries may require a signature. If your gift recipient is unlikely to be home during the day it's a good idea to give us an address where someone will be available to accept the delivery on their behalf, for example a work address or a neighbour.
*Some larger items to North Island addresses (those that don't fit in a large courier bag) wil be sent by ParcelPost and may take an extra day or
two to arrive. We will advise you of the expected delivery time when
we dispatch your order.
Standard Delivery - between 3 and 7 working days - we use ParcelPost for our standard delivery at a flat fee of $3.50 per order - please note that items are not tracked.
Christchurch Deliveries - between 1 and 2 working days - as we are Christchurch based we are able to offer a low-cost Premium Courier Service to Christchurch addresses only for just $3.75 per order. This includes Rangiora and Lincoln non-rural addresses.

Rural Deliveries - please note delivery to rural addresses can add between 1 and 3 days to the above delivery times.
International Delivery, between 3 and 10 working days
We ship to all international destinations including PO Boxes and rural areas for a flat fee of $12 to Australia and $20 to the rest of the world. Please be aware that your order may incur additional import charges, duty and tax which will be payable by the recipient.
All of the above delivery times are estimates. Once an item is collected from us the exact date delivery is in the hands of our delivery partners and unfortunately beyond our control. If your item is late arriving please let us know and we'll follow it up for you.
Stock availability
We don't drop ship - all items for sale on giftbob.co.nz are in stock and available to dispatch straight away. Unfortunately, however some items occasionally sell out more quickly than
anticipated. If your chosen item is out of stock please get in touch with us and we'll let you know when more stock arrives.
Paypal Payments
We use Paypal as our payment processor - it is a safe and reliable way to pay with either a Paypal account or credit card. Please be aware that there is a slight issue that we are working on finding a resolution to - if you enter a different shipping address to your billing address and you are paying by credit card Paypal will show the shipping address when you are directed to their payment page. This is nothing to worry about - so long as you've entered the details correctly in our cart then your item will arrive at the correct address.
