'I was delighted with the service I received from Giftbob - whilst shopping on-line [in England] for a birthday present for my god-son who lives in Auckland. I bought him a wonderful drinks container that doubles up as a torch, for when he goes camping. He was thrilled with it! During the ordering process, I omitted to ask if a gift tag could be attached to the wrapped gift and when I realised, it was too late. However, the following morning Jo emailed me to ask if I wanted a gift tag with my gift and if so, to include the text for my message and she'd be able to include this, within a set time frame. What a relief! I promptly submitted my request, to manage our different time-zones and Jo confirmed all the arrangements for a timely delivery.
